The role requires deep underwriting expertise, strong communication, and the ability to develop agency relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver''s license and be able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting team to ensure quality and production standards.
• Develop and monitor premium commitments and agency relationships.
• Review procedural changes and stay updated on industry changes.
• Analyze data and provide solutions to improve profitability.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly territory reports.
