EY is hiring a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients across the US. You will guide end-to-end implementations, capture business requirements, and drive process optimization across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

You will also oversee data migrations, testing, training, and post go-live support. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain analytics or decision intelligence, with 2–3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or related field)
• Minimum five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with four years of related work experience
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms
• Two to three years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation of decision intelligence platforms (Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements for supply chain decision intelligence projects.
• Analyze current-state supply chain processes and design future-state processes.
• Oversee data migration activities ensuring data integrity for decision intelligence tools.
• Guide users and development teams on implementation issues across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure decision intelligence applications per requirements and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation including functional/technical specs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead training strategy to enable user adoption of decision intelligence solutions.
• Provide post go-live support to ensure sustained performance and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets and drive client satisfaction.
• Guide teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and support procedures.
• Support program governance, leadership, and change enablement activities.
• Assist in proposals, budgets, and workplans for business development.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
