EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering decision intelligence solutions for clients, optimizing supply chain performance and driving growth. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders and shape practice development for successful engagements.

The role requires deep experience in supply chain analytics and at least 5 years of related work, with proficiency in ERP integrations and deployment of decision intelligence platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (Aera, Palantir).
• Experience working with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements for supply chain decision intelligence projects.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize current-state to future-state processes.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data readiness.
• Engage stakeholders and guide teams on implementation challenges.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials.
• Lead training strategy for user enablement and adoption.
• Provide post go-live support and ensure value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets; ensure client satisfaction.
• Guide teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and support.
