EY in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients, helping them optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic growth. You’ll work with executive stakeholders and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience, or 4 years with a graduate degree.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations: manage projects from estimation to deployment.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state designs aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data migration activities from a supply chain perspective.
• Guide users and teams on issues related to decision intelligence solutions across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation including functional/technical specs, tests, and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and adoption efforts.
• Provide post go-live support and ensure sustained value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets; drive delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Lead teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training, and support.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement activities.
• Support practice leadership in proposals, budgets, and work plans; engage in business development.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
