Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients, optimizing supply chain performance and driving strategic growth.

You'll collaborate with executive stakeholders, manage end-to-end implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir), and contribute to practice development, training, and post go-live value realization. Travel up to 50% may be required, including Sacramento-area engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS, engineering, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with four years.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.).
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead decision intelligence implementations from estimation to deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements for supply chain projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data readiness.
• Guide users and teams on issues across planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and adoption efforts.
• Provide post go-live support and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a learning culture.
• Support program governance and business development efforts.
