  • Manage project startup, closeout, change order pricing, and small-project estimating.
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager.
  • Produce schedule updates and short-term look-ahead schedules.
  • Coordinate trade partners, project logistics, and site activities on occupied or constrained projects.
  • Collaborate with Virtual Design & Construction teams to resolve constructability and coordination challenges.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
Quality & Client Service
  • Lead quality control efforts and pre-installation planning across all scopes of work.
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, permits, as-builts, and Procore records.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and inspectors.
  • Support project closeout and warranty activities to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Safety Leadership
  • Champion Hedrick Brothers' safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and project-specific safety plans.
  • Conduct and document weekly safety meetings and jobsite inspections.
  • Maintain required safety documentation, signage, PPE, SDS records, and emergency-response resources.
  • Partner with the Safety Department to identify and resolve hazards promptly.
  • Investigate incidents, complete required reporting, and coordinate with company leadership as needed.
What You Bring
Experience & Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
