Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Superintendent III to lead our largest, most complex projects, including occupied renovations and phased healthcare work.

You will guide field teams, mentor junior superintendents, and ensure project success from startup through closeout. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, manage schedules, QA/QC, safety, and client relationships while maintaining stringent site controls and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of CSI MasterFormat divisions and commercial construction practices.
• Experience managing complex, occupied, phased, or technically challenging projects.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and lead field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations to deliver projects per design documents, budgets, and schedules.
• Supervise field personnel and evaluate performance while developing talent.
• Mentor junior superintendents and contribute to field training and best practices.
• Manage project startup and closeout activities end to end.
• Perform estimating and pricing of change orders and small projects.
