Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking candidates for an Assistant Superintendent and Lead Superintendent role on a forthcoming 8-story multifamily project in Boca Raton, FL. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subs, manage scheduling, safety and quality, and drive on-time delivery while collaborating with PMs and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or commercial construction.
• Assistant Superintendent and Lead Superintendent candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and field operations.
• Experience with mid-rise construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations on multifamily mid-rise construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, ownership, and trade partners throughout construction.
• Lead jobsite meetings and drive productivity from groundbreaking through completion.
