Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking candidates for an Assistant Superintendent and Lead Superintendent role on a forthcoming 8-story multifamily project in Boca Raton, FL. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subs, manage scheduling, safety and quality, and drive on-time delivery while collaborating with PMs and ownership.

• Experience with mid-rise construction projects preferred.

Superintendent (Assistants & Leads) - Multifamily Mid-Rise Construction

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Upcoming Project)
Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits

Our client is a fully integrated real estate developer and builder that develops, constructs, owns, and manages its own apartment communities throughout Florida, with a particularly strong presence in South Florida. Due to a growing pipeline of multifamily developments, they are seeking both Assistant Superintendents and Lead Superintendents for an upcoming 8-story apartment community in Boca Raton, along with future projects across the state.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations on multifamily mid-rise construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, quality control, and safety
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
