Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Structural Superintendent in the Miami area to lead on-site structural activities for high-rise, mid-rise, and multi-family projects. You will oversee concrete, steel, formwork, and post-tensioning, directing field teams and coordinating with engineers, owners, and inspectors to meet schedule and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on construction experience; 3–5 years as Superintendent on high-rise, mid-rise, or multi-family projects.
• Experience with cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned slabs, structural steel; ability to read engineered details.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety certification; safety or first aid certifications a plus.
• Proficiency with construction management/scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all on-site structural activities including concrete formwork, rebar, pours, post-tensioning, steel erection.
• Manage field workforce and subcontractors; assign tasks, monitor performance, enforce safety/quality.
• Coordinate with project management, engineers, GC, and trades to align with specs and inspections.
• Develop and update short-term and look-ahead schedules; manage scheduling impacts.
• Oversee materials delivery, storage, handling, and inventory for structural elements.
• Conduct quality control inspections and document non-conformances; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety policies and site plans; lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Facilitate inspections by third-party inspectors and authorities having jurisdiction; maintain records.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports to leadership.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues; make field decisions and escalate when needed.
• Mentor field staff; promote teamwork and adherence to procedures.
