Develop and implement detailed project schedules, including sequencing of work, resource allocation, and milestone deadlines.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Anticipate and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts or delays to keep projects on track.
Site Management
Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, material handling, and equipment usage.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Quality Control
Implement quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
