Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an experienced Lead Superintendent to drive ground up multifamily projects in the South Florida region. You will oversee field operations, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget at multiple on-site locations.

The role requires a proven track record in multifamily construction, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage complex teams.

Qualifications

• 8-20 years of construction management and/or craft supervisor experience.
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Displays willingness to make decisions and includes the appropriate people within the decision making process.
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
• Observes safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditionsLooks for ways to continuously improve both personally and professionally.
• Must be willing to travel on site to locations nationally.
• Knowledge of all phases of multifamily construction.
