• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term work plans.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and closeout activities.
• Review drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Resolve field issues with project stakeholders.
• Monitor workforce productivity and project performance.
• Maintain project documentation and daily logs.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress.
• Manage multiple phases within schedule and budget.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff.
• Experience overseeing multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or residential projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
