Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for a landmark multifamily project in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and collaborate with engineers and architects to drive progress.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• OSHA 30 certification required; safety credentials a plus.
• Experience with scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Represent the project in owner and stakeholder meetings.
