You will assist the Superintendent, monitor subcontractors, coordinate site logistics, and ensure OSHA compliance. Proficiency in Procore or MS Project and blueprints is expected, with 2+ years field experience in multifamily or commercial settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field construction experience, multifamily or commercial preferred.
• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management.
• Experience with Procore or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations
• Monitor subcontractor work for safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and inspections
• Ensure site cleanliness and OSHA compliance
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Track progress and document RFIs, daily logs and punch lists
• Communicate with project teams, vendors, and field staff
