Job summary

MPI, a well-established construction management and general contracting firm, seeks a Lead Superintendent for ground-up projects. You will oversee field operations, safety, quality, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have extensive site leadership experience across multiple sectors, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
• Experience overseeing projects through all construction phases.
• Multi-sector project experience preferred (commercial, corporate, retail, academic, mixed-use).
• Ability to manage projects from roughly $1M to $30M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from preconstruction to closeout.
