Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience leading component of work or whole project for $30 million or larger on commercial/industrial construction.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed training.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of Gilbane’s trade contractors.
• Develop, document, and communicate work plan regarding changes.
• Acts as primary safety representative in the field.
• Communicates schedule status, updates, and changes to project team.
• Creates and manages project schedule.
