Qualifications
7–12 years of experience leading component of work or whole project for $30 million or larger on commercial/industrial construction.
OSHA 30-hour certified.
First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed training.
Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day coordination of Gilbane’s trade contractors.
Develop, document, and communicate work plan regarding changes.
Acts as primary safety representative in the field.
Communicates schedule status, updates, and changes to project team.
Creates and manages project schedule.
