Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience on $15–$30 million commercial/industrial construction projects as a superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day coordination of trade partners and subcontractors.
• Document and communicate work plan changes.
• Act as primary safety representative in the field.
• Lead contractor meetings and maintain daily reports.
• Oversee project quality and implement necessary changes.
