Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects from on-site leadership in Austin, TX. You will drive all field activities for tenant improvements and renovations, coordinating subcontractors and staff to meet demanding schedules.

Qualifications

Must have proven Superintendent experience within commercial interiors construction.
Strong background in tenant improvement and renovation projects.
Experience delivering Class A office build-outs and corporate interiors.
Exposure to high-rise interior construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement and renovation projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule commitments.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to specification.
Manage project logistics in occupied buildings and active commercial environments.
Partner with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout project delivery.
Oversee punch-list completion and successful project turnover.
