Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale interior tenant improvement projects in the Austin area. You will coordinate with the Project Management team, subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial interior tenant improvement projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $5M-$50M range.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for large interior tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Project Management, subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers to meet safety, schedule and quality goals.
• Maintain strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities on fast-paced projects.
