Job summary

Essential Search is seeking a Lead Superintendent to lead all field efforts on commercial construction projects. This hands-on leadership role requires deep knowledge of commercial construction and experience overseeing multifamily and large-scale projects.

You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with project management and preconstruction teams to keep projects on schedule and maintain top quality.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of superintendent experience.
• Strong commercial construction background.
• Experience building multifamily/apartment projects.
• General Contractor experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of the field operations.

• Experience with larger commercial projects.
