Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC seeks a Substation Technician- A with deep knowledge of 525 kV and below equipment to perform installation, maintenance and repair of substation systems. The role involves climbing to heights, working in confined spaces, and leading crew members on-site across multiple locations.

Travel up to 90% is required, with potential multi-state assignments. A Commercial Driver's License and own tools/boots are mandatory to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Commercial Drivers’ License.
• Must supply own personal hand tools required by the company for this work.
• Must supply own safety toed work boots.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction, maintenance or repair of substation equipment/systems safely and efficiently.
• Lead/coach crew members on the site and communicate with customers.
• Maintain company vehicles and test equipment in good working condition.
