Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a practicing engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET/EAC-accredited program OR equivalent evaluation by NCEES OR advanced degree in Engineering with ABET accreditation.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

Responsibilities

• Lead protection and control design for substation and transmission projects.
• Develop protection schemes for bus, line, capacitor, and transformer protection.
• Create P&C one- and three-lines, AC/DC schematics, panel drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Guide junior engineers and designers; manage project budgets and schedules.
• Support proposal development, cost estimating, and business development efforts.
