The role combines billable project work with project management support and client interaction.

The candidate should have a PE license or be able to obtain one within a year, plus 5–7 years of electrical engineering experience in power delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical guidance for substation projects.
• Plan, estimate, schedule, and monitor work activities and budgets.
• Lead discipline work and mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Support proposals, cost estimates, and business development for projects.
