Qualifications

• Journeyman certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Construction or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge in both civil and electrical substation construction, maintenance and related safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of electrical crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide clear instructions to team members.
• Mentor and train crew members, fostering skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems and components.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust labor and resources to meet deadlines.
• Promote a strong culture of safety by enforcing safety policies and OSHA regulations.
