Job summary

Aldridge Electric is seeking a General Foreman to lead utility and substation projects, overseeing crafts, safety, scheduling, and QA/QC on site. The role requires coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to meet contract requirements and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years of construction management or foreman experience, with a background in electrical or civil projects and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years construction management or foreman experience in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of safety programs, QA/QC, and field collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite construction activities for all trades to ensure work aligns with contract documents, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions for all subcontractor trades including safety, scheduling, and quality.
• Create and implement site logistics plans and oversee subcontractor performance and delivery dates.
