Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with ability to obtain license if practicing in another state within one year.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical power, substations, and design.
• Experience managing a multi-discipline design team.
• Strong knowledge of 138 kV and above, NEC/NESC/IEEE/ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability, quality, and schedule performance of engineering teams.
• Coordinate design teams with construction and purchasing to meet milestones.
• Ensure use of project standards and accurate design progress.
• Communicate project activities with customers, teams, and management.
