Job summary

RockBox Roseville is seeking an Associate Trainer to run training activities, lead in-studio and remote outreach, and manage client orientations. Responsibilities

• Pre-Launch: Familiarize and complete Rockbox University online training modules.
• Lead all training activities in-studio and remote marketing/outreach.
• Lead management via call, text, email, and other outreach tools; arrange prospective orientations.
• Engage prospective customers while in the studio and attend weekly team meetings.
• Familiarize with Rockbox Roseville Head Trainer email; manage it as needed.
• Collaborate with studio manager on overall studio operations.
