Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in recreation management/physical education and substantial experience working with youth.
• Valid in-State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Recreation Department and manages daily operations.
• Develops and implements diverse recreation programs.
• Coordinates recreation activities with CPP and Social Development.
• Ensures safety and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Maintains recreation budget and department facilities.
• Mentors staff and ensures performance.
