Job summary

LINX is seeking a Structured Cabling/Low Voltage Lead Technician to coordinate onsite commercial construction projects. You will supervise 5+ technicians, plan manpower, manage materials, and report progress to Project Managers, ensuring safety, quality, and deadlines.

Reporting to the Project Foreman and Project Manager, you’ll ensure cabling and network installations stay on track while maintaining client satisfaction. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Lead projects and supervise crews of 5+ technicians.
• Read blueprints and manage all aspects of project planning.
• Communicate clearly with teams and management; accurate timesheet management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned projects and direct the work of technicians.
• Plan manpower, material, and labor through project completion.
• Set crew objectives and report progress to management.
• Ensure safety, HR, and policy compliance while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain technical and profitability standards and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers and resolve issues; communicate status reports.
