Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Maritime Standards preferred or may be provided by the company.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in welding and cutting.
• Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine materials and sequence.
• Requisitions supplies such as weld rods, wire, gases and fixtures.
• Inspects work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Trains workers in operation of equipment.
