Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience or 8 years related ship building/ship repair experience.
• Must be a highly qualified journeyman.
• Ability to read and understand and execute from drawing.
• Experience coordinating labor, materials, and safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeymen and Apprentices across welders and fitters to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, tools, equipment, and change orders.
• Oversee quality, training, and performance reviews; administer safety and progress updates.
