WSP is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer for the US Mining & Metal, Process & Infrastructure Design team. The role can be in Tempe, AZ, South Jordan, UT, or Tucson, AZ based on candidate preference, reporting to the Structural Service Line Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in structural/civil engineering; 7–10 years of post-education experience.
• Proficient in structural/civil design, codes, and project delivery processes.
• Experience with rehabilitation, new design, and construction projects across infrastructure contexts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee structural design for complex industrial projects and mentor engineers.
• Develop construction plans, specs, and cost estimates; coordinate with owners and other disciplines.
