Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Structural Engineer for their Process & Infrastructure Design Team in Tempe, AZ. This role involves providing technical services for water/wastewater infrastructure and heavy industry clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 3-5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in design software is essential. Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of structural engineering experience, with at least 2 years relevant to heavy industry.
  • Preference for a candidate registered as a Civil Engineer (PE) or Structural Professional Engineer (SE).
  • Strong knowledge of seismic design principles.
  • Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and design of structural elements using design software.
  • Review building code requirements and pertinent design standards.
  • Prepare client deliverables including field reports and calculation packages.
  • Conduct structural inspections in concrete, masonry, and steel.
