Job summary

Foth is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join our team, preferably in Green Bay, WI or Cincinnati, OH. Remote candidates within the United States may apply with travel as needed.

You will partner with manufacturing facilities to support operations, capital projects, reliability initiatives, and ongoing improvements in an active industrial environment. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Structural) with 10+ years of progressive experience and a PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• PE license required; Engineer of Record for applicable projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.
• Prepare structural calculations, construction documents, specs, and packages for industrial projects.
• Evaluate structural integrity for facility expansions, equipment installations, and renovations.
• Develop project scope, labor estimates, budgets, and schedules; be client technical liaison.
