Jobot seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer in Green Bay to lead and deliver complex structural projects for industrial facilities. You’ll guide design efforts, manage budgets, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and civil teams to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Design and analyze steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Meet with clients and support project planning.
• Mentor engineers and designers.
• Perform occasional site visits to gather information.
