Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industrial civil/structural drafting experience.
• Knowledge of AISC and ACI standard details.
• Ability to produce accurate civil/structural construction documents from vendor drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD drafting standards.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the civil/structural design team to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior drafters.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate design development with engineers and other disciplines.
• Prepare man-hour estimates and project cost estimates.
