Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. seeks a Structure and Bridge Project Superintendent to lead field operations on heavy civil projects, including bridges and industrial facilities. You will work with the Project Manager to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets, while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Construction Engineering background with substantial field experience and proficiency with Procore, HeavyJob, and Bluebeam is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering or related field with 7+ years of field experience; 3+ years as a Superintendent.
• Experience in heavy civil construction with highways, roads, environmental work, and utilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of meeting deadlines and staying organized.
• Familiar with Procore, HeavyJob, and Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts on each project to meet OSHA standards and prevent incidents.
• Manage daily time sheets, budgets, and resource use; support cost projections with PM.
• Plan, coordinate, and issue look-ahead schedules and work with subs and vendors.
• Ensure quality control and conformance with contract documents and inspections.
