Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead heavy civil field operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, and look-ahead schedules to safely complete projects on time and within budget.

You will monitor production, enforce safety protocols, and review plans and cost data with the Project Manager and Project Engineer while developing strong field leadership across frontline crews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy civil field construction experience.
• B.S. Degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction Management Engineering preferred.
• Experience as Foreman or Assistant Superintendent; strong field leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors to execute work safely and per plans.
• Develop and maintain rolling two- to four-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate daily and upcoming labor, equipment, materials, survey/layout, and subcontractors.
• Ensure field safety, incident reporting, and compliance with plans and specs.
• Review project estimates and cost reports with Project Manager and Project Engineer.
