Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead civil/infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.

You will coordinate with Superintendent(s) and Project Engineer(s) to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets, while maintaining strong client relationships on site in Houston, TX. The role requires 7+ years in heavy civil construction, CPM scheduling expertise, and hands-on experience with Procore and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil/ construction field or related + relevant PM experience.
• Experience leading large civil/infrastructure projects and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost control, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for projects; primary customer contact; align with company policies.
• Ensure safety compliance per SSHASP and OSHA standards; lead toolbox talks and safety walks.
• Prepare monthly cost reports; manage change orders, payments, and documentation.
