Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Structural Analyst to own full-vehicle analysis from concept through qualification for aerospace hardware. You will develop FEM models, manage model configuration, and ensure traceability across components and the vehicle, collaborating with design, loads, and test teams.

The role requires leading analysis for complex systems, delivering clear documentation, and applying spaceflight environmental knowledge to substantiation packages and design reviews.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil/Structural Engineering (M.S. preferred).
• 7+ years of professional experience performing structural/stress analysis for flight hardware.
• Ability to lead/own analysis through design and qualification phases.

Responsibilities

• Own full-vehicle structural analysis from concept through qualification.
• Develop and maintain FEM models at component, subsystem, and vehicle levels.
• Operate Hyper-X for analysis workflows and reporting.
