Stretch Zone is seeking a Lead Stretch Practitioner to deliver exceptional client service and effective assisted stretching, fostering long-term loyalty. You will train new practitioners and collaborate with the studio Lead Sales Associate to support sales/operations under the Regional Manager's guidance.

You will contribute to a culture-focused environment, maintain professional standards, and lead by example in a fast-paced wellness studio setting.

Qualifications

• Must manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes and procedures.
• Efficiently service and maintain the member base.
• Maintain daily studio presence, coaching and ensuring proper stretch protocols.
• Communicate with corporate to stay updated on initiatives.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professional image.
• Set and enforce Stretch Zone culture.
• Strong listening skills to foster inclusivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle diverse personalities.

• Follow scheduling as directed by Regional Manager.
