ALDI is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Bradenton, FL to serve as a keyholder, opening and closing the store in the absence of management, guiding associates, stockers, and cashiers through duties, and ensuring store standards and an excellent customer experience.

This full-time role offers about 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $21.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases over the coming years. A comprehensive benefits package is provided to support employees and their families.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel in the absence of store management to ensure desired results.
