Job summary

ALDI USA in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a lead store associate (keyholder) responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of store management. You will guide associates, stockers, and cashiers through opening and closing duties to maintain store standards and ensure an excellent customer shopping experience.

This full-time role averages about 38 hours per week with starting wage of $20.50 per hour, plus step increases through Year 5.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns in the absence of store management.
• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel.
• Assists store management with implementing action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the team to achieve high performance.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms.
