Responsibilities

• Oversee the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns in the absence of store management.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the team to drive sales and maintain high performance.
• Ensure POS accuracy and timely curbside delivery to customers.
• Perform opening and closing duties in the absence of store management.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
