Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Lead Store Associate to act as a keyholder, opening and closing the store when management is absent. You will guide associates, stockers, and cashiers through opening/closing duties, uphold store standards, and ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

The role includes supervising personnel, handling customer concerns, and contributing to sales growth while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns.
