ALDI in Debary, FL is seeking a Lead Store Associate. This role opens and closes the store in management's absence, guides associates, stockers, and cashiers, and maintains store standards for an excellent customer experience.

The position is full-time, averaging 38 hours weekly with starting wage $21.00 per hour. Wage increases are planned: Year 2 $21.50, Year 3 $22.00, Year 4 $22.00, Year 5 $23.00.
