Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, background checks may be required.
• Supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree in business/leadership related field is a plus.

• Drives store financial performance by managing budgets and expenses.
• Provides supervision and development of hourly associates.
