Job summary

Walmart in Gettysburg, PA seeks a Stocking 1 Coach, Non-Complex, Management to lead and develop store teams, drive customer service, and manage operations. You will hire, train, mentor, and set clear expectations to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include reviewing PL/Profit Loss statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses while ensuring effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college education; OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive customer service by modeling OBW and resolving issues to ensure high-quality experience.
• Manage store financial performance by reviewing PL/Profit Loss statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor and set performance expectations to support growth.
