Job summary

Walmart in Ocala, FL is seeking a Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management to lead and develop store associates, focusing on training, feedback, and maintaining excellent customer service while coordinating merchandise flow.

You will oversee budgeting, profit and loss considerations for the store area, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote a culture of belonging and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy/Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and assisting budgeting and expense control.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer issues.
• Coordinates and assigns duties to meet staffing and operational needs.
